Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your TCL account or visit our Support Center to submit a return authorization request with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once our team reviews your request, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your device in its original box, affix the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for hardware integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
