How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your order through the 'My Account' section on our website.
What is the warranty period for TCL Televisions and Appliances?
Most TCL products, including televisions and home appliances, come with a standard one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Extended protection plans are available for purchase on select models.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our store. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, TCL North America only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
How do I update the software on my TCL Smart TV?
Your TCL TV will typically update automatically when connected to the internet. To check manually, go to Settings > System > System Update and select 'Check Now'.
